I liked reading the book Charlie Bumpers vs. The Teacher of the Year because there was always something fun happening every moment in the book. My favorite character was Charlie Bumpers because he was always making stuff funny and getting into trouble. I liked how it looked like Charlie’s teacher was serious, but she was actually sarcastic. I liked how there was always something adventures happening every second of the book. I liked reading this book and I think you would to!

ReplyDeleteI like this book because it’s funny when he got in trouble with the gym teacher. Charlie has an annoying sibling just like me! I think fourth graders would enjoy this book.

In Charlie bumpers when his brother tells on him it’s just like my brother.I like the part when he threw the show and it hit the teacher.Also I like when he put black marker on his show.

ReplyDeleteYou should read this book because it was really funny. It was about a boy who was going into 4th grade. He thought that he would get the same teacher as his friend but he didn't. He thought he got the meanest teacher ever!

This book is a kid named Charlie and he is scared of his fourth grade teacher because last year he did something bad to her. Charlie is mad that he has the teacher of the year and not his best friend's teacher in stead. This book could recommended to fourth graders. By Maurice. H. Meeting Street.
ReplyDeleteI think this is a really good book. I like it because it is very funny. I wouldn't like to have my best friend in a different class. That would stink. I also wouldn't want to have a 4th grade teacher that I didn't like. Also i would never color my shoe even if i wanted a different color. Charlie Bumper also always is getting in trouble. Like when he tries to color his picture a different color and then squid sees him. He gets in a big mess. His brother also is very mean to him. Laughing at him. I wouldn't want a sister that tells on me when ever i get in trouble.

This book is very funny. I liked the part where he threw his shoe at the teacher. This book is something everyone would want to read.
ReplyDeleteI think this is a great eat book. There are funny parts and depressing parts. It is one of those books when your on the edge of your seat and it feels like all the things are happening to you. I know how it feels to be separated from your best friend it has happened to me to me many times. I love the description and also there are many similes and metaphors that help you under stand the story. I really think you should read this book.
